Hi, I am Antonis Piskopakis. I was born and raised in Athens and I come from Crete. I was never a quiet child. I was following my trills and enthusiasms from my early years and cooking always fascinated me. So, after nearly thirty years in the banking business, I chose to become a cook. Although it sounds strange, it’s not at all. I did it out of love for good food and healthy eating, out of love for the excellent local products and more over, out of love and passion for the flavors and the communication with people that can be perfect around a kitchen table, as our mothers use to say. So, we can meet at your place to cook together, transferring my knowledge to you, or I can prepare one of my menus accompanied by a series of selected wines for your guests at home.
